Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to develop their career within a supportive and progressive business.

The Role

As Health & Safety Advisor, you will work closely with site teams and senior management to promote a positive health and safety culture across multiple projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and helping the business maintain the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

–         Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits across London-based projects.

–         Monitor compliance with company procedures and UK health & safety legislation.

–         Support site management teams with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.

–         Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, producing reports and recommendations.

–         Deliver toolbox talks and assist with health & safety training initiatives.

–         Maintain accurate health & safety records and documentation.

–         Work collaboratively with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.

–         Promote a proactive and positive safety culture throughout the business.

Requirements

–         1-3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, M&E, building services, or related sectors.

–         NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards).

–         Good knowledge of current health & safety legislation and industry best practices.

–         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

–         Ability to build relationships with site and management teams.

–         Full UK driving licence preferred.

–         Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a growing organisation.
