We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Widnes
Sectors: New build housing
Pay rate: £24 – 25 ph
Duration: Short term

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager's for a new build housing site in Widnes starting Thursday 6th August. 66 timber frame houses, you will be overseeing site H&S and trades, as well as overseeing snagging working alongside the assistant site manager

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

Oversee new build timber frame housing site
Work alongside assistant manager
Ensure project is running efficiently
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representativesRequired Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:

Experience as a Site Manager (new build housing)
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal
Working at Heights and Manual Handling a bonusWhat's on offer:
