SMSTS Site Manager

We are recruiting for a SMSTS Site Manager / Supervisor to support a project in Wantage – groundworks

This role would suit an experienced site professional with a background groundworks or civils on ne build projects

Working on a main contractors site, you will overseeing / working for a a team of civils /groundworks sub contractors who are delivering safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities on a new build project working on groundworks .

* Lead and coordinate a team including minor line and level – setting out

* Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.

* Maintain accurate records

* Liaise with project stakeholders, contractors and site personnel.

* Monitor quality, productivity and programme adherence.

* Ensure site documentation and reporting requirements are maintained throughout the project

Essential Requirements

* SMSTS qualification.

* Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor

* Experience managing site-based teams and subcontractors.

* Strong communication and reporting skills.

* Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality
