Site Manager

Long-term role with a well-established main contractor from Peterborough on a warehouse refurbishment project. Minimum 6 months with a view to 12, and genuine potential to go permanent for the right person.

The role:

* Day-to-day running of site operations on a warehouse refurbishment

* Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams

* Maintaining programme, budget and quality standards

* Ensuring H&S and CDM compliance throughout

* Client-facing — progress updates and site meetings

* Snagging, inspections and defect resolution

What we're looking for:

* Proven Site Manager background in commercial refurbishment or industrial projects

* Warehouse or large-scale refurbishment experience preferred

* SMSTS essential

* CSCS required

* First Aid at Work desirable

* Available to start ASAP
