Multi-Trade Operative (Carpentry or Plumbing) – Social Housing Reactive Maintenance

We're recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance contract across Gloucestershire. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a carpentry or plumbing bias who's comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day repairs across the housing stock.

The Role

Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
Core trade skills in either carpentry or plumbing, with the flexibility to turn your hand to general multi-trade tasks
Working to a daily job schedule, managing your own workload efficiently
37.5 hours per week, paid What You'll Need

Proven experience in carpentry or plumbing within a maintenance/repairs environment
Own van and tools essential
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary What's On Offer

45p per mile paid for mileage between sites
Steady, ongoing work on a social housing contract
