Banksman

We are currently seeking an experienced Banksman l to join our client on a National Grid project.

Requirements:

* Valid National Grid Person ticket (essential)

* Valid NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Vehicle Marshal qualification

* Previous experience working on civil engineering or utilities projects

* Good understanding of plant and vehicle movements, exclusion zones, and site health & safety procedures

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Duties:

* Safely marshal and guide plant, vehicles, and deliveries around site

* Ensure safe segregation of pedestrians and moving plant

* Maintain clear communication with plant operators and site personnel

* Monitor vehicle movements and ensure compliance with site traffic management plans

* Follow site instructions and National Grid safety standards

* Assist with general site duties when required
