Project Quantity Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure schemes across the Norfolk and Suffolk coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects while working within a business that offers long-term career progression and a strong pipeline of work.

The Role

Manage the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account

Administer NEC contracts and manage contractual obligations

Prepare cost reports, forecasts and valuations

Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial performance

Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise project success

About You

Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or construction

Strong knowledge of NEC contracts

Excellent commercial and contractual awareness

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
