DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER REQUIRED in Woolwich, South East London
Rate for the DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER: £250 – £300 per day
Role: DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER needed for a new project
8-12 Weeks work – Start ASAP
Requirements:
* CCDO Black Card (Preferred) / CSCS Black Card Level 7, SMSTS (Essential), Fire Marshall, First Aid
* Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of building processes.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
