About the role of Project Director

Looking for an experienced Project Director to lead a team on a residential new build project worth circa £100million

Responsibilities for Project Director

Full responsibility of the project delivery, pulling together the team, motivating and inspiring.
This Project Director will get stuck into the design, scrutinise the programme and overcome contractual issues.
Report into an Operations Director and take full operational responsibility.
Building relationships with the client and ensuring client is satisfied with the project progress. Requirements for Project Director

Looking for a dynamic leader who can pull together a team and get behind a good project and make it a success.
Looking for a Project Director who has well rounded knowledge and experience of general build and have a good understanding of the residential new build process.
Looking for a Project Director who is enthusiastic and committed to working to high standards. This is a great opportunity to work for a very successful main contractor who are currently growing and getting to work on some really exciting projects.
