A leading property developer is looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Project Manager to join the team delivering a landmark £300 million mixed-use development in Bristol.
Working as part of the project delivery team, you will take responsibility for the coordination and management of all building services (MEP) packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme and technical compliance are achieved.

What you'll be doing
* Managing the delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) packages throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinating design development, technical approvals and consultant information to support successful project delivery
* Managing procurement activities, reviewing technical submissions and supporting the appointment of specialist MEP contractors
* Monitoring project programme, budgets and key milestones, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain delivery
* Working closely with the Commercial Team to monitor package performance, variations and project costs
* Coordinating with construction teams to ensure building services activities are integrated into the overall project programme
* Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, statutory authorities and key stakeholders throughout the project
* Supporting commissioning, testing and handover strategies to ensure a smooth project completion
What we're looking for
* Experience delivering building services packages on major construction projects
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and public health building services systems
* Previous experience working for a main contractor, developer or specialist MEP contractor
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage technical challenges throughout the construction programme
* HNC, HND or Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
