Site Manager

Site Manager Required – Central London

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential developments and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of an exciting new residential development in West London.

Project Details:

* Location: Central London

* Project: Demolition and construction of 4 new build houses

* Project Value: £6.5m

* Programme: 74 weeks

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

* You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget

* Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard

* Work closely with the commercial team to ensure the project remains on programme and within budget

* Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities

* Maintain accurate and timely project documentation at all times

* Lead and manage subcontractors and site teams effectively

* Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and professional team

* Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to

* Ensure all personnel on site are operating as a focused and collaborative team

Requirements for the Site Manager:

* Demonstrated track record delivering residential construction projects

* Experience working on new build developments

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors

* A proactive and organised approach
