Site Manager Required in Central London

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment scheme in Central London.

Project Details:

* Location: Central London

* Project: Refurbishment of an existing building to create 7 luxury apartments

* Project Value: £8m

* Programme: 70 weeks

* Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

* You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget

* Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard

* Work alongside the commercial team to ensure the project is delivered successfully

* Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities

* Maintain accurate and timely project documentation

* Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities

* Maintain strong relationships with the client and consultant team

* Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times

* Deliver the project to programme and quality expectations

Requirements for the Site Manager:

* Demonstrated track record delivering refurbishment projects

* Experience working on high-end residential projects is advantageous

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Client-facing experience

* A motivated team player
