Site Manager Required in Central London

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential and commercial construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious commercial new build project in the heart of Central London.

Project Details:

* Location: Central London

* Project: Demolition and construction of an 8,500 sqft CAT A commercial development

* Project Value: £5m

* Programme: 68 weeks

* Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

* You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget

* Monitor and manage all site activities to ensure works are completed safely and to the highest quality

* Coordinate subcontractors and programme works effectively

* Work closely with the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle

* Maintain accurate project records and reporting

* Build positive relationships with clients and consultants

* Manage Health & Safety across site

* Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme

Requirements for the Site Manager:

* Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects

* Experience working on new build developments

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Excellent organisational ability

* Positive and professional approach
