Senior Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare

Cityscape is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in London, working on a range of high-profile healthcare schemes across London and the South.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with NHS Trust clients on major capital projects, including large-scale new build hospital developments, taking responsibility for cost management and commercial delivery from inception through to completion.

The role:

Lead pre and post contract quantity surveying services
Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies and tender documentation
Manage project costs, variations and final accounts
Build strong relationships with NHS clients and project stakeholders
Support junior team members and contribute to project success Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Consultancy background
Healthcare sector experience, ideally with NHS clients
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
Excellent communication and client-facing skills On offer is a salary up to £80,000 plus discretionary bonus, pension, private healthcare and 25 days annual leave. The company has a hybrid working policy and flexible working hours.
