Resident Liaison Officer

I'm looking for a Resident Liaison Officer for an onsite role working with residents living within Social Housing properties. This role will be focussing on decarb and retrofit works covering Worcestershire – and will involve travel. A company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one

The duties of the Resident Liaison Officer will include:

Commuicating with tenants & booking in works
Attending site visits with Site Manager and the Team
Dealing with any issues arising with residentsI'm looking to speak to a Resident Liaison Officer that has:

Previous social housing experience
Full UK Driving LicenceAnd in return, the Resident Liaison Officer will receive:

£18 per hour
Company Van and Fuel Card
