£DoE + Bonus scheme

My client works with a number of well known retail and F&B brands and works to deliver an exceptional customer service. Within this role you will aim to grow a team around you to enable the company to self-deliver the projects. This will involve overseeing PM's, commercial, junior staff & support staff. You will be well connected and be able to assist in introducing sub-contractors to help deliver schemes in the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

– Building teams

– Delivering retail fit-out

– Being responsible for P+L of all projects

– Being client facing and ensure repeat business

– Delivering strategic plans for growth.

– Overseeing full project life cycle.

– Managing clients expectations.

– Forign Languages would be highly advantgous
