Senior Commercial Manager

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading consultancy on an immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support a major project within the infrastructure, energy and utilities sector.

The successful candidate will join a project during the construction delivery phase and take a senior role across commercial and contract management.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing commercial activities across a major project, with responsibilities including:

Contract administration.

Change management.

Claims and variations.

NEC and/or FIDIC contract management.

Compensation events.

Commercial reporting and forecasting.

Commercial risk management.

Stakeholder management.

Providing commercial advice throughout construction delivery.

About You

You should be able to demonstrate:

10+ years' experience working on major infrastructure, energy, utilities, power, renewables or BESS projects.

Strong construction delivery experience.

Excellent NEC and/or FIDIC contract knowledge.

Experience managing change, claims, variations and compensation events.

Strong commercial reporting experience.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience within a client, consultancy or contractor environment
