Site Manager – Short-Term Cover

Site Manager – Nottingham – 2 Weeks

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for short term holiday cover in Nottingham, starting Thursday the 13th of August.

Project Details:

* Duration: 2 Weeks

* Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external

* Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable)

* Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works

Duties:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme

* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance

* Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas

* Reporting progress to the project team
