Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to run a fast-track shop fit-out in Soho, managing the project on site through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management and coordination of all subcontractors and trades.

* Drive the programme and ensure key dates and final handover are achieved.

* Manage site logistics, deliveries and access within a constrained Central London location.

* Maintain high standards of health & safety, including inductions, RAMS and toolbox talks.

* Monitor quality and manage progressive snagging throughout the works.

* Coordinate M&E, joinery, finishes and specialist retail installations.

* Identify and resolve design, sequencing and site issues quickly.

* Maintain site records, progress reporting and photographs.

* Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client.

* Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Requirements:

* Strong track record delivering fast-track retail / commercial fit-outs.

* Confident managing multiple trades against tight programmes.

* Good understanding of M&E coordination and high-quality finishes.

* Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of the site.

* Central London fit-out experience preferred.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
