Overview of the Role

A Senior Architect job is available in Holborn, London, joining an established architectural practice working across a varied portfolio. The role will involve leading projects through all RIBA stages, coordinating project teams, producing technical information in Revit, and supporting junior colleagues within the London studio.

Practice & Project Information

This established practice delivers projects across the UK and overseas, with work spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use and data centre sectors. Based in Holborn, the team works on projects from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on design quality, technical delivery and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion

Produce detailed planning and construction drawings using Revit

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients throughout project delivery

Manage project timelines, scope, budgets and quality standards

Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions

Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team

Required Skills and Experience

ARB and RIBA registered with at least 7 years post-Part III experience

Advanced Revit skills, which will be tested at interview stage

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing, specifications and technical documentation

Proven experience managing and delivering projects or work packages independently

Strong communication, organisation and project management skills; data centre or NBS Chorus experience advantageous

Benefits and Package
