Senior Site Manager – Main Contractor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a residential development in North West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of two RC Frame residential apartment blocks, comprising 97 units in total.

Role responsibilities:

* Overseeing the construction and delivery of two RC Frame residential blocks.

* Managing a total of 97 residential units across both blocks.

* Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and day-to-day construction activities.

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

* Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team.

* Maintaining strong health and safety standards throughout the development.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential construction.

* Strong RC Frame experience.

* Experience working for a Main Contractor.

* Proven ability to manage residential apartment schemes.

* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
