Site Manager

No.2 Site Manager – Leading PLC Housebuilder

We’re currently recruiting for a No.2 Site Manager to join a leading PLC housebuilder on a busy residential development.

The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day construction of a high-quality new-build housing scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience as a No.2 / Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding

* Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, health & safety and build quality

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* A proactive approach and ability to manage subcontractors effectively

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
