Site Manager – School Refurbishment

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to help on a school refurbishment project.

The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the works across:

* Carpentry

* Brickwork

* Roofing

* 2nd Fix Drylining

* 2nd Fix MEP

Key responsibilities:

* Manage subcontractors and site activities

* Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard

* Coordinate trades and sequencing of works

* Maintain site health & safety standards

* Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and client

* Monitor quality and progress throughout the project

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager, ideally on refurbishment or education projects, with strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination. Must have a SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
