Mechanical Project Manager – London | £85,000 + Bonus

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join one of London’s largest and most established MEP contractors, working alongside some of the industry’s leading Tier 1 contractors.

The business has strong frameworks and established relationships with major contractors including Mace, Overbury and BW: Workplace Experts, providing a secure pipeline of high-quality projects across London.

We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager who has proven experience leading significant mechanical packages, ideally in the region of £10 million, while overseeing Mechanical Construction Managers and wider delivery teams.

The Role:

Lead mechanical packages valued at approximately £10m

*

Oversee and manage Mechanical Construction Managers

*

Take overall responsibility for mechanical project delivery

*

Work closely with Tier 1 contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders

*

Manage programme, commercial performance, quality and delivery

*

Lead teams through the full project lifecycle

*

Deliver major London-based MEP projects

The Ideal Candidate:

You’ll be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background working on large-scale commercial or technically complex projects.

Crucially, you’ll have experience leading substantial mechanical packages, managing construction managers and confidently operating at a senior level with Tier 1 main contractors.
