Assist in the development of design proposals and visual presentation materials
Contribute to planning applications, technical drawings, and detail design packages
Support CAD modelling and produce high-quality renderings
Attend and contribute to design meetings and site visits
Coordinate with consultants and project teams across RIBA stagesThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

RIBA Part 2 qualification
A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and clarity
Experience with CAD modelling and rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion
An interest in sectors such as education, heritage, and bespoke housing
