Senior Site Manager – £30m Project

We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Site Manager into their team for a major £30m project in Huddersfield.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire and the wider region.

The Role:

* Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site

* Lead and manage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams

* Drive programme, quality, health & safety and delivery

* Coordinate with the Project Manager and wider project team

* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme

* Attend progress and coordination meetings

* Ensure all works are completed to the required standards

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor

* Experience managing projects around £20m+

* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management

* Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements

* Confident managing subcontractors and large site teams

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
