Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Salary: £75K + Package

The Role:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all mechanical projects from inception to completion.

*

Plan, coordinate, and monitor mechanical installations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

*

Ensure compliance with UK safety regulations, design specifications, and industry standards.

*

Manage procurement activities, ensuring materials and equipment are ordered correctly and cost-effectively.

*

Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.

*

Oversee contract variations, design changes, and site-based challenges.

*

Carry out mechanical validations and support commissioning processes.

*

Manage project documentation including RAMs, mechanical drawings, and reporting.

The Company:

Based in the London area with projects across industrial, commercial, and domestic sectors.

Specialists in HVAC services, including mechanical and public health system design, build, and installation.

*

Expertise includes LTA submittals, CAT A & CAT B fit-outs, CIBSE heat load calculations, BMS integration, and full mechanical/public health drawings.

*

This hire is due to continued company growth and expanding project demand.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Strong Mechanical Engineering and Building Services knowledge.

*

Proficiency in plumbing systems and mechanical installations.

*

Experience managing commercial mechanical projects.

*

Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation.

*

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*

Familiarity with UK construction regulations and engineering standards.

*

Experience with CAT A & CAT B fit-outs is highly beneficial.
