Joining a very successful and high performing team, day to day your main duties will be to:

* Produce detailed, cost effective and competitive tender bids, managing the process right through to post-tender

* Liaise with existing and prospective clients closely

* Work with existing and new subcontractors and suppliers

* Build relationships with team colleagues, counterparties and external clients at all times

* Maintain high quality standards at all times

To succeed and really fly in this fantastic role and team, we are expecting the successful applicant to have:

* A deep mechanical bias, but also an appreciation of electrical services

* Strong commercial acumen underpinned by a grip of the numbers

* Experience across major residential, commercial, student accommodation, hotels, health or similar

* A wide breadth of subcontractor and supplier knowledge

* A confident team-playing personality with a positive can-do attitude
