A national building surveying consultancy is looking to expand its high-flying, luxury London office by taking on a reliable and hard-working Senior Building Surveyor.
The Senior Building Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be providing professional services on a mixture of residential projects for a variety of clients throughout the Southeast.
Alongside carrying out professional duties, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will support junior Building Surveyors with their day-to-day work and APC diaries, as well as assist in managing clients and securing repeat or new business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor seeking to move into an Associate position now or in the near future.
The Senior Building Surveyor
* MRICS or working towards
* Completed a Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
* Previous experience as a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor
* Professional services background
* Residential project experience
* Worked for a UK Chartered Surveying or Construction consultancy
