Senior Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a high-profile commercial construction project. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all electrical installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Senior Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical works including installation, testing, and commissioning.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
*
Ensure all work is performed to current codes, standards, and best practices.
*
Manage and mentor electrical teams, subcontractors, and junior supervisors.
*
Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and quality control checks.
*
Identify and resolve any issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
*
Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
Senior Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
*
Gold ECS card
*
SMSTS
*
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity on commercial projects.
*
Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and BMS systems.
*
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
