An independent Construction Consultancy with exciting growth plans is looking to add a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client-facing scenarios.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working within a team of 10+ Quantity Surveyors in Kent, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading projects and handling more complex schemes across the public sector.

Alongside a traditional Quantity Surveying role, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also carry out elements of EA/CA/PM work, as well as the opportunity to help mentor more junior Quantity Surveyors within the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS would be nice, not essential
Client facing experience
Good leadership skills
Excellent pre and post contract experience
PQS / Consultancy background
Comfortable acting as an EA/PM/CA where necessaryIn Return?

£55,000 – £70,000
