Clerk of Works – Ldn

We’re working with a growing consultancy that’s looking to bring an experienced Clerk of Works into their London team. The role will see you supporting a range of quality-led projects across the commercial, residential and fire safety remediation sectors, with a real focus on delivering high standards across site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out regular site inspections to monitor build quality, specification compliance and overall progress
Reporting on workmanship and site conditions with clear and detailed documentation
Acting as a key point of contact between contractors, consultants and clients to resolve on-site issues
Ensuring all works meet building regulations and fire safety standards
Supporting the delivery of remediation projects, particularly those with a fire-safety focus
Promoting best practice in health and safety across all sites Requirements:

A construction-related qualification or equivalent professional background
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Clerk of Works or similar role
Strong understanding of building regs, quality assurance, and fire safety compliance
Comfortable managing multiple sites with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, with a confident and professional approach What’s on offer:

Salary between £40,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
