Gas Install Engineer – Sub‑Contract (Norfolk / Suffolk)

£280–£350 per day Social Housing Installations (SOR)

We’re looking for an experienced Gas Installation Engineer to support ongoing social housing installation projects across Norfolk and Ipswich.

This is a long‑term sub‑contract position working with a well‑established heating contractor, offering consistent workload and straightforward installs.

What you’ll be doing:

Domestic boiler installations (swaps, upgrades, conversions)

*

Commissioning and compliance documentation

*

Occasional general plumbing associated with installs

What you’ll need:

*

Gas Safe registration

*

ACS: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1

*

Own van, tools & public liability insurance

*

Strong domestic install background

*

Professional, reliable and customer‑focused approach
