Asset Strategy Manager

I am currently recruiting for an interim Asset Strategy Manager for a housing association in the West Midlands.
This is a contract role for three months, 2 days based in the office 3 days home working.
The duties will include.
* Developing asset strategy for 5-, 10-and 30-year investment programmes.
* Knowledge of planned investment. Decent homes 2 and lifecycle maintenance.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, asset software ideally Total Mobile.
* Working in partnership with wider asset teams, housing, finance and procurement.
* Preparing reports for SMT
