* Client: L&Q contract

* Day rate: Up to £280 CIS

A well-respected planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on their L&Q contract, overseeing kitchen and bathroom replacements across scattered properties.

The Role

* Manage kitchen & bathroom replacement works.

* Oversee subcontractors and site teams.

* Ensure health & safety, quality and programme targets are met.

* Liaise with residents, L&Q and the project team.

* Manage multiple properties across East London.

Requirements

* Previous Site Management experience in planned maintenance/social housing.

* Experience with kitchen & bathroom replacements.

* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
