BIM Manager – Restoration and Renewal Programme Delivery Authority, London

We’re now looking for a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to join our Technical Assurance and Design Management (TADM) Team.
The BIM Manager post is required to develop and manage the BIM and Digital Asset Management activities for the Restoration and Renewal Programme Delivery Authority.
They will be responsible for specification scoping, strategy and implementation to drive the development of project level digital design in accordance with Programme standards and provide quality assurance of data deliverables.
The following skills and experience are essential to your success in this role:
- Degree/equivalent qualification (or equivalent-level technical experience) in a related subject of BIM, Surveying, Engineering or similar
- Major construction project or infrastructure programme experience
- Good knowledge of using AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent understanding of established BIM process and toolsets

Salary circa £65,000 per annum
