Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a car park construction project at a major Innovation Centre in the Taunton/Bridgwater area.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, managing subcontractors, labour, plant and materials while ensuring the works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations.

* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

* Drive the programme and monitor progress.

* Oversee civils, groundworks and external works.

* Ensure RAMS, quality and health & safety requirements are maintained.

* Liaise with the Project Manager and client.

* Maintain site records and progress reports.

Requirements

* Previous Site Management experience.

* Civils, groundworks or external works experience.

* SMSTS.

* CSCS.

* First Aid.
