Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Package

Do you have a through understanding of the RIBA plan of work?

I have an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the supply and installation of mass timber structures. You will be joining a well established, close knit team who have a passion for engineered timber, creating award winning structures in both the commercial and residential sectors!

Working with a team of project managers reporting in to the senior project manager, you will take the lead on managing projects from project award to handover. You will be liaising with a range of different stakeholders both internally and externally including clients, Design team consultants and public/private bodies.

We would be open to conversations with candidates who:

Have a good working knowledge and/or passion for engineered timber structures
Has experience in communicating with a range of different stakeholders
Be able to oversee changes to the project scope, schedule and costs whilst adhering to suitable verification methods
Has experience working for main contractor clients
Possess good commercial acumen
