Assistant Site Manager (Holiday Cover) – Bournemouth
We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential housing development in Bournemouth.
Duties:
Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Monitoring health & safety on site
Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
Assisting with site inspections and snaggingRequirements:
Previous residential new build experience
Valid CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid
Strong communication and organisational skillsThis is a short-term cover role with an immediate start. Competitive day rate available.
