Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale project, along with a number of smaller associated works.

The Role

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

The main project will involve:

* Overseeing a large scaffolding build

* Managing ceiling panel installations associated with Wi-Fi installation works

* Coordinating subcontractors, client teams and other contractors working across alternative sites

* Producing daily site reports and maintaining accurate project documentation

* Reporting directly to the client and providing regular updates on progress

* Ensuring health and safety, quality and programme requirements are maintained

The Site Manager will also oversee several minor projects, including:

* Installation of external steps across three areas

* Door replacement works

* Minor facilities and maintenance works

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid

* Previous experience working as a Site Manager

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise effectively with clients and other contractors

* Good IT skills, with the ability to produce daily reports and project documentation

Desirable:

* Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification/experience
