With over 14 years' trading history and a team of 120+ professionals, they've built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and long-standing relationships with main contractors and developers across the region.

Role Overview,

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in scaffolding and bricklaying to join a well-established and growing team. This is a hands-on role covering the full commercial cycle, from tendering through to running multiple live sites, ideal for someone who wants genuine ownership over their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing tenders and preparing competitive bids for new projects

* Taking and negotiating offers from clients and subcontractors

* Running commercial oversight across multiple live sites simultaneously

* Measuring and valuing bricklaying and scaffolding works

* Managing costs, budgets and profitability across projects

* Liaising with main contractors, clients and site teams to ensure commercial accuracy throughout each project

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within bricklaying and/or scaffolding

* Strong commercial acumen with tendering and bid management experience

* Confident managing multiple sites and projects concurrently

* Comfortable working PAYE or on a self-employed basis

Desirable Qualifications:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc), or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Commercial Management

* MRICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or working towards accreditation

* MCIOB (Chartered Institute of Builders)

* CSCS card (Professionally Qualified Person)

* CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme), if from a scaffolding trade background

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contract forms

Package:

* £70,000–£75,000 (PAYE)

* £300–£350 per day (self-employed)
