Electrical Project Manager

Role: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Kettering/Fareham offices, secured contracts in Slough area

Contract type: Permanent

Core responsibilities we need covered:

* End-to-end delivery of electrical installation projects (mobilisation to handover)

* Sub-contractor and supplier procurement

* Programme, budget, labour and subcontractor on site management

* Client and main contractor liaison

* Site team supervision (electricians, supervisors)

* Compliance with BS 7671 and H&S standards

Essential requirements:

* Experience as an Electrical PM/Contracts Manager in construction, preferably in the care sector

* Electrical qualification (NVQ3/City & Guilds or equivalent)

* 18th edition 7671

* SMSTS

* CSCS card

* Full UK driving licence

* IT/computer literate

Desirable:

* Asta Powerproject experience
