We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth across London for a well-established Tier 2 contractor. This is a standout opportunity to lead business development for major construction projects valued at £8m+, with a high degree of autonomy and clear progression.
 
The Role: Business Development Lead

You’ll act as the go-to Business Development Lead for the business, owning client relationships and driving opportunities through from identification to contract.
Projects span commercial, residential, education, and public sector frameworks—backed by a financially robust and growing contractor.
90% autonomous: work remotely 4 days/week, with 1 day in the Hertfordshire HQ. What We Offer:

Basic salary up to £90,000
Bonus structure aligned to performance

An experienced Business Development Lead or work-winner with a strong network across London and the South East.
Comfortable operating at every level—from local councils to high-net-worth private clients.
Able to read a room, mirror-match clients, and adapt your pitch to any environment.
