Quantity Surveyor – Permanent

Location: Bristol – Head Office Based
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Package

Pro Staff are working with an established construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis.

The company delivers a variety of refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across the South West and South Wales, working within commercial, education, healthcare and public sector environments.

Responsibilities

* Commercial management of multiple projects

* Subcontractor procurement and management

* Applications, valuations and variations

* Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs

* Managing project budgets and commercial performance

* Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
