M&E Quantity Surveyor

A leading Quantity Surveying Consultancy are seeking a M&E Quantity Surveyor who has the confidence and ability to be the sole M&E Quantity Surveyor for the practice.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor’s role

Based from their London office, the successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will provide the mechanical and electrical quantity surveying services on commercial, retail, and residential projects.

Day to day, the successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, reviewing Contractor’s submission, client variations, and agreeing final accounts.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

* Ideally have UK Construction Consultancy / PQS experience

* Mechanical and electrical quantity surveying experience

* Completed a construction related degree

* Minimum of 4 years M&E Quantity Surveying experience

* Comfortable being the sole M&E Quantity Surveyor
