Senior Project Manager

Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a mixed use residential scheme in North West London.

The project consists of 350 units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £80m.

The position will report into the Construction Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of £80m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, preconstruction and delivery. It is essential you have previously worked for a well known developer or contractor.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £110k – £120k + full package & bonus
