Building Surveyor

An established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are seeking a competent, APC-driven Building Surveyor for their London office.

The Building Surveyor’s role

The successful Building Surveyor will report to a Partner, but must also be comfortable working independently across a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

Day to day, the successful Building Surveyor shall have a strong focus on defect diagnosis, report writing, and contract administration.

The Building Surveyor

* Minimum of 3 years Building Surveying experience

* Must have: defect diagnosis and report writing experience

* Be comfortable working independently

* Contract administration experience would be a plus

* Working towards your APC

* £35,000 – £45,000
