Project Surveyor – Special Projects | Oxford | £100k–£1.5m Projects

Reginald Gray are working with a busy and well-regarded contractor in Oxford that is actively looking to appoint an experienced Project Surveyor to support their expanding workload.

They specialise in special projects—typically between £100k and £1.5m—and have a strong reputation working with Oxford colleges and institutions on a variety of schemes. The successful candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in this space, ideally with a background in estimating, quantity surveying, and project delivery.

What they're looking for:

* 5–10 years' experience delivering special projects

* Strong estimating and QS capabilities, with experience running jobs on-site

* Confident working on spec and drawing-based tenders

* Solid understanding of JCT contracts

* Familiarity with working in Oxford, particularly for college or heritage clients
