HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) – a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.
The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors – with project values ranging up to £1bn.
The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between £20m – £100m (total value of £1bn).

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £55,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
– Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders
– Monitor compliance with HSE standards and Regulatory requirements
– Carry out audits, inspections and investigations
– Provide HSE performance reporting and improvement strategies
– Advise, challenge and influence teams on site
– Close out any HSE findings or corrective actions raised
Requirements:
– Proven experience in construction HSE on new build projects
– Track record on large or complex schemes
– Background with a main contractor or construction consultancy
– Strong knowledge across the full construction lifecycle
– NEBOSH qualified (essential)
– Confident, credible, not afraid to challenge
– Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience as a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) on high-value construction projects.
