Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor

Ideally newly Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor with a variety of Building Surveying experience.
The role covers a wide variety of work available at A&T, including:
- Building and condition surveys
- Defect diagnosis and investigation
- Planned, Preventative Maintenance Surveys (PPM) and lifecycle advice
- Project management and contract administration
- Dilapidations
- Schedules of Condition
- Refurbishment and alteration projects
- Preparation of specifications and schedules of works
- AutoCAD – preparation / review of drawings
- Site inspections and client-facing work
Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, public sector, residential and other property types.
Candidate Profile
- CIOB or MRICS Chartered (or very recently Chartered)
- Experienced in Building Surveying across a range of services
- Confident undertaking condition surveys and preparing technical reports
- Proficient using AutoCAD
- Client-facing and able to communicate well with clients and contractors
- Able to work independently as part of the wider Building Surveying team
- Commercially aware, with an interest in developing client relationships and winning work
- Willing to travel to London.
Hybrid and flexible working available. Would consider both full time and part-time positions also.
